Our salesman John Alvarez was very patient, kind, knowledgeable, helpful, and polite during our entire buying process. He had two cars that met our model, year, and option requests ready and at the knowledgeable, helpful, and polite during our entire buying process. The front receptionist was friendly and helpful. The financial manager Mohammed Fallaha was extremely organized, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, kind, polite, and took time to explain each option and process of the financial end of buying our 2023 Rouge. We were very relaxed and never felt pressured or rushed into making our vehicle choice.
