Once I arrived for my appointment, I had to wait a few minutes for Quin to help me. Once he checked me in, the process went smooth and easy. I went for an oil change and my maintenance light was on. I had minutes for Quin to help me. Once he checked me in, the process went smooth and easy. I went for an oil change and my maintenance light was on. I had just bought 4 new tires and wanted the alignment done too. They did a thorough inspection and found 3 things that needed my immediate attention. The cost was out of my budget so Quin assisted me with applying for some credit to make payments with no interest. I was approved, made a payment today, and now have 3 more months of no interest to pay $200/month. I left feeling like my car was safer for me and my adult son to drive. My Toyota felt like it drive better and I am a happy customer! I have consistently had excellent experiences at this dealership with sales, parts, and service. They are a dealership I can and do trust! More

The FTC is determined to make you guys a 5 star dealer even if you dont want to be. Forcing your customers to pay $200 for nitrogen for tires is predatory in nature. $200 for wheel locks and these aren't even if you dont want to be. Forcing your customers to pay $200 for nitrogen for tires is predatory in nature. $200 for wheel locks and these aren't options we had the choice to remove. Our original quote never had a window etching system included, they decided to add this afterwards which again, was not an option a customer could remove. Then we see it on the car and it is a sticker. That's right a sticker that can be peeled up. 2 stars because the people we worked with were nice, but predatory and not transparent the way pricing structure breaks down. More

First of all we waited over 2 hrs to have our oil changed in our vehicles. Then when I asked to not have the display changed and felt it had been, I was informed that that was the way it was when they drove in our vehicles. Then when I asked to not have the display changed and felt it had been, I was informed that that was the way it was when they drove the car to change the oil. I don’t appreciate a text asking to extra expenses rather than have a tech come and talk to me. It isn’t that far to walk in to the waiting room. That is inexcusable and rude. Also $40 for windshield wiper are way over priced and the truck was a year and 3 months old. My car is the same and was not informed I needed wipers. We feel we were taken advantage of. The service lady was very congenial. We have no way of knowing for sure the vehicles were sanitized. With service like this when our contract for our oil changes are over, we will be looking elsewhere for service. More
