GREAT DEALERSHIP, NO PRESSURE My husband and I have both owned several Subaru's in the past and have had many dealings with several different Subaru Dealers ,but there is not one f My husband and I have both owned several Subaru's in the past and have had many dealings with several different Subaru Dealers ,but there is not one from our past that can even come close to Patrick Subaru, and I am not just saying this I truly mean this.. My husband and I live over an hour away from this Dealership and yes we do have several Subaru dealerships that are near where we live,.But none of them can come close to the way this dealership treats their customers and that is FAMILY , I am not just saying this I mean it why else would we drive an hour away to check out a new vehicle and then have to return again to pick it up ? Why ? Because when you find a place that treats you like family you TRUST them to treat you right and to look out for your best interest not only in what kind of car you are looking for but what price range you can afford and what rate you can afford also. I have been to several Subaru dealers in my past and they were only looking pout for a sale and for the car they wanted to either get rid of or sell me the most expensive one that I could not afford and did not even listen to how I could only afford a certain amount each month,but with Patrick Subaru they do listen and they do care and that to me is worth the hour drive and that to me is looking out for your customers like FAMILY .So if you are looking for a Subaru you really need to come check them out I can honestly promise you you will not be disappointed .you will just add another person and dealership into your family and they do look out for you .and your needs.. We live over an hour drive away from this dealership and we have several Subaru dealers in our area,but I trust Patrick Subaru to get me what I want and need at the price I can afford without me breaking the bank to get the car. To me the drive is worth it when you know you can truly trust the dealership and their employees. If you are looking for a great Subaru and want someone you can trust come here you to will be coming back when you need your next car. Service department is dishonest Have been into service department just about every month since vehicle purchase as car kept loosing oil. Received varying explanations as to the cause...not an oil leak...then it was an oil leak...then we are not sure why this happens...to finally...nothing wrong with vehicle....sometimes you "just have to add a quart of oil" Every single month! Unheard of!. At the last visit, they essentially washed their hands of any issue and told me "you can make a phone call" to Subaru America if I was unhappy as their "hand were tied". The attitude and vibe could not have been any more "used car sleazy salesman like". More

Very disappointed I purchased a vehicle from Patrick. In less then a month started experiencing issues. Brought the car to the service dept 4 times in less than 4 month I purchased a vehicle from Patrick. In less then a month started experiencing issues. Brought the car to the service dept 4 times in less than 4 months for the same problem. Each time, I received a different answer/reason and each time was told "now you are all set". Feels like they are trying to brush off so they do not need to take responsibility for the issue that existed when they sold the car. More

Repeat customer I was interested in a Forester and visited a couple other dealerships, but ended up back at Patrick where I'd bought my Legacy. I trusted the dealersh I was interested in a Forester and visited a couple other dealerships, but ended up back at Patrick where I'd bought my Legacy. I trusted the dealership because of my previous experience. I was fairly sure of what I wanted when I came in, but Jeff spent the time to go over the car's features and made sure that we understood what we were getting. There was a Forester on the lot that met my requirements, so we went with that. The negotiations were reasonable, and I feel I got a fair price on the car and the extended warranty. Another reason I came back was the service department. The first time I brought my previous Subaru in for a repair, they didn't really fix it, and I was pretty annoyed that I had to return. But after that through some fairly serious problems (including transmission replacement under warranty), they were always very sympathetic and helpful. Kudos especially to John and Melissa for their help. More
