When we got home with the car (we live about 200 miles north of Madison) we discovered a couple issues—one with the sunroof and one with a tire. When we contacted John, he was great about getting back to me and setting up a time for the mechanics at Metro Ford to look at it. It was all handled promptly and professionally and without any additional charge, and the car is better than ever. Thanks to John and all the helpful staff at Metro Ford! More
