That's quite a statement!!! Mr. Kravitz was very professional and as sales manager did a wonderful job. I should have negotiated for a bit more money on my trade-in (wink, wink) but all went smoothly. Another person that needs to be cited is John Borchardt in the finance department. This man is SUPER EFFICIENT and QUICK to get all the paperwork signed and done. So, all the above should receive (6) stars rather than 5! More
