Lexus for life. I've been coming to Lexus since we purchased our first GS350 in 2008! This car is amazing just like Paul Lezon said it would be. We now own two, our s I've been coming to Lexus since we purchased our first GS350 in 2008! This car is amazing just like Paul Lezon said it would be. We now own two, our second is a 2015 RX 350 f sport; and this one is even more exciting than the GS. Each and every visit to this dealership is like visiting family! From John Cate in service; whom has some of the best Customer Service skills I have ever dealt with; to Eddie Triplett the new General Manager. Each and every person at this dealership is Awesome! I'm not sure when my next vehicle will be purchased, but it will definitely come from Lexus of Chattanooga! More

Amazing Customer Service I was having an issue with my car key and Ralph was able to connect me with John in service. Ralph was empathetic to my situation being that I was vis I was having an issue with my car key and Ralph was able to connect me with John in service. Ralph was empathetic to my situation being that I was visiting from out of town and needed to get back. John put my information in and I was in the lobby working while I waited. Within no time I was being called that my key had been reprogrammed and I was ready to go. The amount of care and effort that Casey gave to make sure I was at ease and that I should not have the same issue was comforting. John was kind of enough to let me know he would be stepping out but that I was in good hands. This dealer has a solid team and makes the customer feel taken care of. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. More

Friendly fast service Although I had an issue with the sensors on my brand new car, the staff at this dealership worked diligently to fix the issue and were very friendly. Repair a tire and my 15,000 mile maintance check-up I love Chattanooga Lexus!!! John the service manager was great to work with, as well as Cory. They always take such good care of me.
