There was an intermittent noise when the car accelerated from zero to ten miles/hour. They go it it fixed even though it took three attempts. The net results were excellent. I certainly will use Rally ag from zero to ten miles/hour. They go it it fixed even though it took three attempts. The net results were excellent. I love the ability to have my car serviced at night and that I am able to pick my freshly serviced and washed car up first thing in the morning! Very convenient for the customer. I was very pleased with John Ciccarelli's assistance. He always goes the extra mile with service! The car washers did a beautiful job...it looks great. I had a problem - a flat tire with a screw in the tire. Within 20 minutes of the call to Roadside service, the service attendant arrived at my garage. He advised me that, although the screw was not in the wall, it was close enough to preclude the viability of a permanent plug. After filling the tire with air, Roadside Assistance followed me to Rallye to assure that I would arrive safely. Without an appointment, after about 20 minutes I was directed to John Cicolletti. He devoted his full attention to my problem. When learning that I would be able to wait for about an hour, he assured me that the tire would be replaced within that time. He was true to his word. During my initial sit down with John at his desk, he apologized for having to take a short phone call. He was dealing with a devastating flood condition in his home and was somewhat overwhelmed by it. Having had a similar experience several years ago, I fully understood the challenge he was dealing with. What impressed me the most about John was that, despite his own serious issue, he did not for a single second lose attention for my problem, or his commitment to me as a customer of Rallye. Let me tell you something. I retired from one of the largest corporations in the world. You can't make or buy employees like John Cicolletti. He is an outstanding representative of Rallye Motors. More

I think John went out of my way to help me understand my vehicle, and my options and he helped me make the correct choices. He listened to my considerations and made great recommendations.
