We have been servicing our family's BMWs over the years at Tenafly because of their location. They have been very good at honoring coupons and providing excellent services when needed. Jon (Jonathan) i at Tenafly because of their location. They have been very good at honoring coupons and providing excellent services when needed. Jon (Jonathan) is a terrific service advisor. I was transferred to him when my previous service advisors left, Bob and Christian. Jon is professional, not-pushy and friendly. He was able to schedule our recall the next day since we had a conflict that weekend. His communication throughout the process and the identified future repairs was appreciated. We look forward to working with Jon and he is an asset to the service team at BMW Tenafly. The level of service he provided gave us comfort knowing that he will be taking care of us in the future.
