My Review of Kings Toyota:
I was approached immediately and a salesperson was located as soon as I entered the showroom. John Cronin was helpful and friendly without giving me the 'brainless little lady' treatment I had received elsewhere. I believe I got a good deal on a used vehicle and a well organized purchase process.

I went into Kings Toyota to find out what I might be able to get for a trade in. I worked with John Cronin had a great experience. He was helpful, knowledgable, and his display of customer service was above and beyond. John took the time to find out what I was looking for and wanted to make sure I was happy with what I picked out. I would reccomend Kings Toyota to anyone looking for a new or used car. Thanks! My Review of Kings Toyota:
I was fortunate enough to work with a salesman (John Cronin) who listened to my needs and expectations. John proved that he was truly interested in working with me and wanted my business early in the process. At my request, John came to my place of work and picked up my vehicle to have it accessed for trade-in value. John went above and beyond what most dealers would do by accommodating this request. John was very easy to work with through the entire process. He was up front with me on every aspect of the sale. I am typically leery of auto salesmen but John earned my trust. He will likely see me again in the future.

As for Kings Toyota as a dealership, I have to give them high praise as well. While I still have to work out a few of the closing items with them on my recent purchase, I am confident they will deliver as promised. Everyone I interacted with was personable, attentive and professional. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Kings Toyota. They do a good job on both the sales and service side.
