He answered every question, didn't push, and kept things moving without making it feel rushed. The whole transaction was painless in a way that almost felt suspicious, like I kept waiting for the other shoe to drop. It never did. I'm pretty sure if I'd asked this guy to do a backflip to close the deal, he would have at least considered it, and knowing how the rest of this went, he probably would've nailed it first try. Whatever White River Toyota is paying him, it's not enough. Same goes for everyone else I dealt with there. Great experience from start to finish. More

John Culotta is young, but was knowledgeable, welcoming and most of all FUN. He never pushed and didn't rush me. Justin Smith was great about checking on info for us and assisting with making the deal. I researched before i came, and got an extremely fair trade in value, without having to dicker. And finally financing with Lucas Mudge was exceptional. He answered my questions, without making me feel obligated to add on all of the extras (and yet I did get the extended warranty at a great deal). The whole package at White River Toyota was amazing and I truly had fun buying my new 2026 Toyota Camry. Great big thank you to all 3 of these great guys, but especially to John. When my husband's ready for a new rig, we'll be coming to see you! More

This is our 2nd purchase from WRT and had a pleasant experience two years ago when we purchased our 2023 Highlander Hybrid. We had already put a deposit on the 2025 Rav4 Hybrid. We were assigned to John experience two years ago when we purchased our 2023 Highlander Hybrid. We had already put a deposit on the 2025 Rav4 Hybrid. We were assigned to John after the Sales rep we had moved to another career. John kept us up to date on progress of the car delivery and when it was ready to be picked up. When we arrived, we got to test drive before the final signing, With Zach and John, we reviewed all the documents, the trade in value on my Subaru (It didn't change from our initial meeting with prior rep,) and signed final documents. It was a pleasure to work with both John and Zach. John also reviewed the app connection on my phone with the car and then explained all the buttons and dash features in the car. We were testing the seat set features on the door and for some reason it wasn't saving our settings so they both went to the service department and were able to get it reset in just a few minutes. Before leaving I was informed I could get a free gift! A reusable Water Bottle. Picked a red one of course. These little things do matter! Driving away in "Ruby" put a smile on my face and I felt confident in our decision and all the process. John called a few days later to see how things were going and asked if I had any questions, (which I did not), but I know that in the future, if something should puzzle me on a feature John will be as close as my phone to help me out. It has been great doing business with John and Zach as well as the whole White River Toyota Sales and Service. I would totally recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. Met John while we were checking out a new RAV4 to replace our current 2020 model. We had a trade difference in mind before we went and after a bit of negotiation reached our acceptable trade. I just bought a new Rav 4 hybrid. ..I loved my 2018 Rav 4 hybrid and knew I wanted the same car, but needed it to be new!
