Great process and excellent experience When you arrive the Rudy Luther staff are waiting to help you get your car serviced in the least amount of time and to make you comfortable. Excellent personalized service. Very friendly and helpful I had gone out and started my truck on the morning we were loading the trailer for our move, and noticed the power steering was making a lot of noise. I had gone out and started my truck on the morning we were loading the trailer for our move, and noticed the power steering was making a lot of noise. I knew this meant low power steering fluid and looked under the truck to find it pouring out. I called Rudy Luther Toyota and the guy said to bring it in, and they would at a minimum get it diagnosed that day. John Delander was the service desk rep that ended up helping me when I pulled in. I told him my story, and he noted my ticket as ASAP. As a result my truck was repaired and ready for pickup that same afternoon. I was very pleased with the friendly customer service John provided. He understood our urgency and was able to get us our truck back rapidly. Not only that it, but it was discovered during the repair that our truck has some major rust issues on the frame. He willing spent time with me and talked me through the problem and options for next steps. It was depressing news and I greatly apprecieated John’s sincerity in the help he provided. Intermittent dash light problem It was a collaborative effort to figure out why my tachometer etc was black when the lights were on. Overall a good experience I am happy with our purchase and for the most part happy with the experience. I would say my reception was a little luke warm. I had to ask for help I am happy with our purchase and for the most part happy with the experience. I would say my reception was a little luke warm. I had to ask for help at the reception area as three salesmen stood conversing three feet away. After my salesman decided that I was a viable customer, he was more engaged and took care of me. My only critique would be he needed to be a little more polished and knowledgeable in his delivery of information my daughter and I wanted. Nothing major, just not brush over things like details / options about the finance percentage rates, which deals / offers applied to our particular purchase etc. - Again, he took care of us and we were able to make the transition we wanted along with adding some options that would be part of the purchase and some that we would be acquiring later. More

The service area waiting room is equipped with well designed work areas, comfortable seating, and large screen TVs. The complimentary water, popcorn, hot beverages, and snacks are much appreciated. As a busy mother, I love having a rare opportunity to relax in comfortable surroundings while having our vehicle serviced. The quality of work performed on our vehicle at Rudy Luthe Toyota has always been first rate. More
