2017 Tahoe LTZ ( Hawthorne Chevy ) I would like to say that i finally enjoyed car shopping for the first time in a long time. My salesperson, John Dingertopadre was most likely the best I would like to say that i finally enjoyed car shopping for the first time in a long time. My salesperson, John Dingertopadre was most likely the best sales person i have come in contact over all my years of purchasing cars. I would like to point out that i have purchased numerous Mercedes, Jaguars,Lexus ,Range Rovers and Fords over my life time and John was the most knowledgeable and professional among all those sales people that represented those auto manufacturers that i just mentioned. He was honest and trustworthy which made the experience that much better. I have since recommended 2 friends who share the same thoughts. Also, I received the best price which translated to a few thousand dollars in additional savings right off the start without the haggling effect. I would highly recommend Hawthorne Chevrolet as a dealer and more so John Dingertopadre as a salesperson., it was finally a great shopping experience for a car. Eric S More

Frustrated I will never send anyone to this dealership . They are holding our $500 deposit on a vehicle that we are not taking anymore. Yes!! it was a special or I will never send anyone to this dealership . They are holding our $500 deposit on a vehicle that we are not taking anymore. Yes!! it was a special order vehicle, but we are not taking the vehicle. Does not give you the right to keep our $500 refundable deposit. I'm not going to give a whole story but just letting everyone know this dealership does not deserve any business . Also as for Steve Barna for no reply at all tells me a lot about how you deal with your customers. More

Stay away from them I saw their ad online. It was $98 @mnt, $0 down, $0 security deposit. When I got there, their offer for the same car increased to $241 @month. Almost I saw their ad online. Bad Experience.... Bought a new car and after picking it up it had a stain from bird droppings, I brought it back and they were able to compound it out. However a careless worker scratched the door frame. I spoke with General Manager Mr. Thomas Pasquazi and made arrangements to bring the car back to them. The option was to use touch up paint, I hoped it would work. The employee who worked on the car apparent used old paint which turned black in color on a gray car. I expressed my dissatisfaction to the General Manager and he agreed it was not acceptable and told me he would correct the mistake and order a new can of touch-up paint, he offered I keep the can afterwards which didn't happen. Once the paint arrived I returned to Hawthorne dealership again. It was a mission to speak with the right person to get the work started. It took longer then I was advised and when I went to pick up the car I found that the employee who worked on the car only touched up one of the four damaged areas and the one area he did paint was not compounded to make it look smooth. I attempted to reach General Manager Thomas Pasquazi but he was no where to be found. I had to leave for an appointment and left messages for Thomas Pasquazi to call me back. The next day and I'm still waiting to get this matter resolved, I've recieved no phone calls back from Hawthorne Chevrolet. More
