Not one time did he push me or try to get a hard sell. He didn't even follow up with calls to me which is very annoying when salesmen do that. He answered all my questions and was very patient. Amazing Service! I had just recently totaled my car that I had for 8 years that my family bought at North End Motors so of course having to buy a new car, I went right I had just recently totaled my car that I had for 8 years that my family bought at North End Motors so of course having to buy a new car, I went right back to the dealership where I got my first car! My salesperson was John Fernandes and I couldn't have asked for a better person to help my family and I. We ended up finding the perfect car and I bought it that day! Thank you for everything! First time buying experience with this dealer Overall, I was satisfied with the first time buying experience with the dealership. After a few emails with an internet sales manager on the vehicle I Overall, I was satisfied with the first time buying experience with the dealership. After a few emails with an internet sales manager on the vehicle I was interested in, I was informed by the internet sales manager that the vehicle was at the Canton location. When I came in to see the vehicle in Canton, I was informed that the car was not there that the vehicle was at the dealer's Brockton location. A dealership representative, (not sure on his name) was very apologetic on the mixup and provided directions to the Brockton location stating it was just 8 miles away. I arrived at the Brockton location and asked the salesman, John F, to see the vehicle I was interested in. He was very professional, He presented the vehicle to me providing a good description of the vehicle's options and pointed out some flaws with the previously owned vehicle, noting the flaws would be corrected before the vehicle is delivered to the customer. After test driving the vehicle and a little price haggling, we agreed to a price with the understanding all flaws would be corrected prior to delivery. On delivery day, the vehicle was prepared and the sale was finalized. John advised me the sale is not complete until I was completely satisfied. About 3 days after delivery, 3 issues were noticed and immediately contacted John who scheduled a service appointment. The vehicle was checked by the service department and they confirmed the issues needed immediate attention, Rob, the service manager, was courteous and always kept me informed of the repair progress. Parts had to be ordered, which meant an unwanted stay in the wait room, but in the end the service team repaired the vehicle and the customer is satisfied. I rated the dealership a 4 of 5 stars for having to bring the vehicle back for repairs after less than a week of driving the vehicle for items that should have been corrected before delivery. More

Great exsperience! I have never had good exsperiences with car dealerships. I actually dreaded having to go look for another car and put it off as long as possible . I I have never had good exsperiences with car dealerships. I actually dreaded having to go look for another car and put it off as long as possible . I eventually found my way to North End motors where John F was my sales guy. From the beginning he was great! Very easy to communicate with and was able to work with (my not so great credit) and get me a car I love. John wasn't overly pushy and always emailed or called back when promised. He worked with-in what I was able to do and delivered a great car! Would definitely recommend North End motors and John Fernandes to anyone looking for a car! More
