Tire pressure problem John Flecher has helped me with service for about 7 yrs. Now that he is a supervisor he still steps in to ensure that all of his people are doing an John Flecher has helped me with service for about 7 yrs. Now that he is a supervisor he still steps in to ensure that all of his people are doing an excellent job. On 12-19 he appeared to be short some staff so he took charge of my problem and called one of the mechanics who took care of my problem in record breaking time. He has to be one of Mealey's best employees. My car is always given the very best of service.xx More

Best customer service Towed my car to two independent shops before towing it here. After over paying elsewhere my car still would not start. Was contacted by the staff afte Towed my car to two independent shops before towing it here. After over paying elsewhere my car still would not start. Was contacted by the staff after only half a day! (Took the other shops over a week with no positive results and vehicle still would not start). Turned out to be a small repair of a replacement intake manifold after both independent shops quoted me a new engine! Fully expected the same here and intended to have the repair done here but their product knowledge saved me thousands! I would recommend this be your first stop before the independent facilities and will be mine from now on. Thank you!!!! More

Best service department out of every dealership I've been to I have owned Fords, Mercedes, Toyotas, the list goes on. This is by far the bes dealership service department I have EVER been to. Service is the quic I have owned Fords, Mercedes, Toyotas, the list goes on. This is by far the bes dealership service department I have EVER been to. Service is the quickest I have ever experienced, 3 different instances they could have taken advantage of me buying add on parts etc and they fixed things for free under warranty when I could have spent a few hundred dollars. They also have told me I already had a leveling kit when I had ordered one and brought my truck in to have it put on. The list goes on with how impressed I am and I will never buy another truck not a Chevy/gmc just for the fact this service department is phenomenal!!! Thanks Ricky & Louis More

I always receive great service from Don Mealey Chevrolet. Their staff is always friendly and professional. Their technicians seem well experienced in their abilities to diagnose and repair. The staff and technicians will take the time to listen to my observed symptoms with sincerity. In my opinion, they are second to none in the Orlando area based on my experiences with other dealership service centers and other brand name shops in the area. Their prices are also very competitive even with non-dealership shops. They quoted me over $1,000 less on a break job than a non-dealership shop who claims to be cheaper than anyone else. On any given day while at the shop, I see numerous Corvette's, Camaro's, trucks, and a variety of other vehicles of different makes and models being serviced. More
