Satety recall The dealership notified me that my 2018 Toyota Corolla had a recall on a relatively minor item and the dealership arranged to order the part and sche The dealership notified me that my 2018 Toyota Corolla had a recall on a relatively minor item and the dealership arranged to order the part and schedule the vehicle in for service at my convenience Paul Leonard, service manager, saw I was not assigned any particular service helper and immediately offered to help. We added in an oil change and the service was performed in about an hour.. I am very pleased with the efficient and friendly experience! easy going and very pleasant. I need to turn in a 2017 Tacoma truck. The lease was almost up in term of months. So, I sent bid specs to three dealerships. WORST DEALER TOTALLY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF A FAMILY IN MOURNING!!!!! My mom leased a vehicle from here unfortunately she passed away before the lease was up. We went to the dealer to find out what we MOURNING!!!!! My mom leased a vehicle from here unfortunately she passed away before the lease was up. We went to the dealer to find out what we do and we were advised to just drop it off and everything would be taken care of. Well several months later we get notified that we need to pay a large amount of money for early termination we reached out to this dealer spoke with the General manager Joe who was not helpful at all!!! I asked Joe to share the name and number for the owners and he told me that I was wasting my time!! Well i called them and got no assistance from them! Joe then called me back and told me to just ignore the bill and that it will go away. So i said don’t pay the bill. He said yes that is not what we expected to hear from Joe. We were looking for them to help us settle this as the salesman gave us VERY BAD INFORMATION about turning in the lease early. More
