This is the second car I have bought from them. John Hart was formerly a customer service person and was promoted to Sales and has done a great job. If there is a problem with the car I can call him and he d was formerly a customer service person and was promoted to Sales and has done a great job. If there is a problem with the car I can call him and he directs me to the correct person in the dealership. It is not just a sale and then speak to service. He is also a master at MB which means he has been certified by MB in Germany so he understands the cars technically which with today's cars be computers on wheels is very important. More

Every aspect of the experience I had with M-B Manhattan exceeded my high and uniformly difficult to meet expectations.
