Took my car in for a recall and oil change. After they finished, as I pulled out onto the street, the check engine light came on. I had to come back into the dealer and give it back to them. Af After they finished, as I pulled out onto the street, the check engine light came on. I had to come back into the dealer and give it back to them. After waiting another 45 minutes, they handed me the keys and said that they had to reprogram the PCM. I guess my time has no value as they didn’t even apologize for the failed repair or my additional wait. Not a service experience l could recommend. More

I pulled into service unexpectedly with a flat tire. Not only did the service advisors get me in right away but they also found a way to get me a new tire that they didn’t have in stock. I had been rushing to a meeting with all of this happened so they got me into a loaner to go do my meeting while they fixed my car. Literally the best dealership experience I’ve ever had. I have a gap on the bottom of the windshield to the tray that covers the wiper motor. You were to call back with a welt that is missing. I'm still waiting.
