Poor understanding of the military I walked into a Honda dealership to buy a new car, after all the bargain I asked the guy that I would like to take advantage of the Honda salute progr I walked into a Honda dealership to buy a new car, after all the bargain I asked the guy that I would like to take advantage of the Honda salute program. The guy told me that it’s only for the military and first responders. Me still in my lala land, I told him yea am in the Army with excitement. With surprise on his face he said are you in the uniform service I said yes he said that he is sorry I am qualified for the discount. I was already growing out of patience, so I pushed him more and said I am in the United States Army. That was when he asked to see my ID. When I handed my ID to him he went on to tell me that yes the ID said uniform service that I will not be eligible. Me am already losing it. That’s when I asked, don’t you know that all military branches wear uniform and are called uniform services? He was like yea but you will not still be qualified. I just gave up! I didn’t know the best way to teach him if genuinely he doesn’t know. Race card is the last I assume when things like this happen. Either he is ignorant and don’t want to know or he just doesn’t care about the business of the dealership. i ended up not getting the car from the dealership. More

bad experience Our friend referred us to buy car from you. Me and my wife came on 3.2.2020 and John is the salesperson. We looking at the 2019 crv and John gave us t Our friend referred us to buy car from you. Me and my wife came on 3.2.2020 and John is the salesperson. We looking at the 2019 crv and John gave us the information. Because we are asking the out of door price to be $29000 which John says too low. So we left but on our way home, John called us saying we can have the deal if we bring the document showing we have a vehicle of other brand and is 2009 or over. So we came today again. As John was not there, Natasha Parsard took us. My wife wanted to see the 2020 models too, so we spent some time with that model. Finally, we picked the 2019, then Natasha said the price is 29740. I told her we and John agreed to 29000. She had to ask the manager, when she came back, she said going to honor 29000 as it was approved by the other manager. And that manager was fired on Wednesday as he did not know how to do business. So when my wife knew that the mileage on that vehicle is 60+ so she asked whether there is others that have lower mileage. She came back after checking said the other is 150+. But when I looking at your wedsite just now, there are several of the similar color sitting in the lot. Quite honest! Then Mr Kevin Ferguson, the big manager showed up, he kept cut in when we talked. He turned ugly when my wife asking to have half hours to discuss with friends. Even more, when my wife"s friend called her, he said he only allowed her to talk 5 minutes otherwise the deal is off. Of course the dealt is off because he wants to blow it off as the price 29000 is too low that he cannot make good money. Thank you for the good customer service More

John Hicks provided helpful and honest advice when we were buying our 2016 Honda Civic. But I would expect that out of any ethical car salesman. What was amazing was in 2019, when we needed to use our wa were buying our 2016 Honda Civic. But I would expect that out of any ethical car salesman. What was amazing was in 2019, when we needed to use our warranty agreement to fix a faulty air conditioner: I couldn't find the original warranty, and the guy who answered the phone on the weekend wasn't able to help me. So I called John, who connected me with the service manager. Everything quickly fell into place, and Honda honored the warranty. I would definitely buy a car from John again. More

Racist, Abusive, rude to immigrants I bought a 2019 Honda Odyssey EX-L from this dealership on 12/28/2018. John Hicks was my sales rep. My experience with him was good so I recommended t I bought a 2019 Honda Odyssey EX-L from this dealership on 12/28/2018. John Hicks was my sales rep. My experience with him was good so I recommended the dealership to 2 of my friends. My two friends visited the dealership on 12/29/2018 morning to buy cars for themself and wanted me to join them. I had to return the second key, title of my old car which I traded on 12/28/2018 so I visited the dealership. I also wanted to understand how the tax amount was adjusted based on the deal. My friends were already at the dealership when I reached there. I went inside the dealership and greeted John Hicks (sales rep). I returned my second key and spoke to John about the tax difference. He stated that Anthony is his manager and he would be able to explain it better as he is the one who deals with financial numbers. Anthony came in and we greeted each other and after about 30 seconds, Anthony stated that "I am arguing with him". At that point I informed him that I can’t discuss this matter with him any longer as this was not a way to treat a customer. I then requested Anthony to have his general manager talk to me and he informed me that general manager is not present on weekends and he left. I was talking to John Hicks regarding my title and requested him to call his general manager or give me his number as I still wanted to understand the tax difference and how it was adjusted. John Hicks informed me that someone else will come to speak with me and will explain me. Everything was fine till this point. After some time Esteban (Manager) came in and we greeted each other, He suddenly for no reason became abusive and started telling me that 'I am rude person'. Everyone standing their was shocked (myself, John Hicks, my friend Nimesh Patel and other sales rep). He kept repeating foul language. Even with his impolite behavior I requested him to not use the foul language. I told him that If I was a white guy he wouldn’t have behaved with me’. Esteban now repeated the same foul language again but very loudly. This was clearly a discrimination against us and our race. At that point, looking at the situation me and my friend came outside of the dealership to leave. Esteban and couple of other sales agent followed us. Even after coming out of the dealership, We were going towards our vehicle, Esteban kept engaging with us and now was more abusive and louder than before. He also become aggressive at the same point. He kept repeating the same foul language very loudly. Everyone standing outside the dealership including the other sales rep and customer were staring at us and it was a very humiliating situation for us. Esteban in his aggressive behavior came very close to me and was about to hit or push me. Looking at this my friend Nimesh Patel took out his cell phone and stated that he is recording. Before Nimesh could record anything Esteban and all sales rep rushed inside the dealership. This incident was very traumatizing for us and has left huge emotional scar. Afterwards Nimesh informed me that on couple of his previous visits to the dealership he has seen Esteban misbehave with customers of different race in a similar manner. This behavior by Esteban and Criswell Honda dealership was clearly a discrimination against us and our race. More

Great Customer Service! We were very concerned about having to buy a car right now as I had hit a deer and my car ended up totaled. We were not planning on getting a new car financially for another year or two. I was very stressed to have to take on a car payment but John helped us have a stress free buying experience, and really helped us get the best price! Then the financial guy, Victor, was wonderful as well!! He gave us an interest rate that was amazing, and really was able to keep our payments on the low end! He just wanted to make sure I was happy!! It was a great overall car buying experience, and i would definitely recommend this Honda dealer, John Hicks and Victor Azari! More
