Our goal at Windward Ford is to make sure that every single customer is completely satisfied. I apologize, we couldn't come to an agreement during your most recent visit. As you know, I gave you several options: 1st being we offered you a new car vehicle loaner while your vehicle was being repaired, 2nd was to switch you into another new Bronco and you stated that you didn't like the way it drove, and the 3rd option we attempted to inspect the vehicle while you were here since we were unable to give you an exact amount of time to fix the vehicle and offered you a loaner vehicle for this option as well. To address the fuel issue - we offered to take you to the gas station to verify your concerns of putting gas in the vehicle. Our team strives to create an environment where our customers can trust us as we are dedicated to providing excellent customer service. We strive for 100% satisfaction with every customer. We would like the opportunity to rectify this situation and help make it right for you. Aloha John (GM) You offered me a 2023 Bronco which is one year older then my 2024.. upon starting the vehicle for a test drive I noted to the sales man that the car was very shaky, I was informed it may be due to the car sitting for three months. No one in their right mind would switch out their 2024 for a 2023 that is shaking, a vehicle should never shake, I arrived at 11am and did not leave your lot til after 2pm. I was told that the service mechanic would run a diagnostic on the vehicle with me present would be quick .. after waiting around and doing a test drive 130 arrived and my car was supposed to be diagnosed in the front b was moved to the garage.. which I followed it.. thinking it was ok. Mechanics comes over with dirty all over his back and clothes jumps in my jeep pulls it into the garage slot and tells me I can't be in there.. which I then asked him how long it would take? Since I was clearly lied to about the process.. he said it could take 15 minutes or up to hours... which then I decided I was tired of Windward ford wasting my time traffic from the dealer back to ewa would be really bad once 3pm rolled around.. Full of excuses and un professionalism. No customer who buys a brand new vehicle within a week, should be calling you about problems and then having you cause more problems for them. We pay you for the vehicle and the service. You have zero right to think that it's ok to take our money and steal more of our time playing games. This is why your dealership has two stars on Yelp and has been featured on numerous social media platforms by customers who are upset that you Failed to deliver all you do is take advantage of people to make a sale that's it. It's a small island, and the word is traveling fast. You are not a business of Integrity
