The customer service was friendly and welcoming but most importantly they provided great customer service. The communication was transparent. Excellent customer service, thanks for price matching the labor and taking precautions for covid 19. This was the third repair for the same issue and the first service after the 36k mile warranty had expired labor and taking precautions for covid 19. This was the third repair for the same issue and the first service after the 36k mile warranty had expired, so thanks John for getting this service covered by Honda. Hopefully it's the last time we have to bring our van in for this emissions system issue. More

Came in for an oil change and tire rotation. The rotation should have been free because I purchased the tires at the dealership. I reminded the service consultant of this beforehand, but was still charged fo should have been free because I purchased the tires at the dealership. I reminded the service consultant of this beforehand, but was still charged for the rotation. Because your invoices are so confusing I didn't notice it until after I payed. When I asked for a refund I was told it wasn't possible as the order had already been closed. I'm fine with the service, it's just frustrating to have to always remind your people to avoid getting over charged. More
