Delightful Experience I had been searching online for a preowned Ford Escape with certain features, finally found what I was looking for at Taylor Ford. However, it was 2 I had been searching online for a preowned Ford Escape with certain features, finally found what I was looking for at Taylor Ford. However, it was 2 hours away. I contacted the dealership, John Kovach was extremely accommodating while I made arrangements (time off work, etc) to get there. Three days later the vehicle was waiting for me, cleaned and serviced. Cindy in finance made what normally is a stressful situation....painless. Thank you, John, Cindy and Taylor Ford. More

We recently bought a vehicle. My wife and I recently bought a Ford Flex from Taylor Ford. The reason we chose Taylor Ford is because in the course of monitoring various dealers in My wife and I recently bought a Ford Flex from Taylor Ford. The reason we chose Taylor Ford is because in the course of monitoring various dealers in the area the dealership contact person was so helpful and professional that I had to call back. John Kovach was that person and two days later we drove off the lot in our car. I don't buy vehicles without doing the research so that said, we will return to Taylor Ford in the future.
