When I wasn't able to I was told it would take a couple of days to update through the app. A few days later I went back to question why it wasn't working I was told to call a number for technical help. Etc... etc.... etc.... After going through accessories purchase for a remote start ( that I was led to believe that was already pre installed ) months later didn't work and was told to wait. Months after that the sales manager offered to install a different remote start and power door locks..... remote start was installed, no power door locks. Only problem is when I use the remote start the trip odometer and mpg zeros out and the mpg will stay around 7 or so mpg. When i took it back to sevice to have it fixed I was informed that it was a problem with the remote start. I stopped on the way out to talk with the sales manager and he told me that he could do nothing more .I find this unacceptable for a few reasons. Number 1 ...... Brand new truck. Number 2. I watch both of those numbers on every fill up and in between to try and maximize my fuel.. I thought my original salesman was a good guy but I guess most car salesman are the same as politicians. Update...... I called the number from the reply below and left a message. The same "sales manager " that told me he could do nothing more called me back. He was not exactly the friendliest person when I talked to him. He actually started telling me that he didn't say things that he did say. He also told me he didn't know what I wanted from them and that they "Would do nothing more " As I said before " Politicians "...... I honestly thought new car salesman were not supposed to be used car salesman !!!! More

Very pleased with my sales person, Jorge Ortiz, who went above and beyond to find my fabulous , 2024 Ford Edge SEL! So happy with the Rapid Red exterior and especially the Dune 2 tone interior. Pam Hammersmith and John Krajnovich are the best to work with when buying a vehicle. I have purchased every vehicle since I was able to drive from Fair Oaks and will continue to do so. This time around I ch with when buying a vehicle. I have purchased every vehicle since I was able to drive from Fair Oaks and will continue to do so. This time around I chose to purchase a used vehicle and Pam was outstanding per usual through out the process. John came by several times to check on me and the process and to confirm discussions.
