John Ladouceur, Service Manager Extrodinare joined our Acura team in 1988 (when we were known as Acura of Pasadena) and helped relocate the dealership to Glendale in 2005. He attended California State University Northridge, where he obtained his Bachelors degree in Business. In his free time, he enjoys backpacking with his two sons in the High Sierras.

I recently purchase an RDX from their dealership and absolutely loved how they answered all of my questions and worked with me to find the best deal for the model I wanted. Every since my purchase, I have called a few times to ask questions, setup service appointments, and so on. Both the sales and service department not only response back almost immediately, but they actually make sure to explain everything in detail and help me more than I would have expected. Overall, the car I got is amazing, the customer service and reliability from this location is great and I appreciate the professionalism from everyone I have worked with so far. More

Not everyone knows everything there is to know about automobiles and it can be a bit intimidating when you are considering such a large expense. Karine, Alton and Artur actually made it easy, comfortable and as close to stress free as possible. What a pleasant experience can be had with this group at Acura of Glendale. SERVICE MANAGER JOHN IS DOING A GREAT JOB. Brought a new RDX IN February, 2015, battery was dead on October 14, 2018. Asked the AAA service and replaced the battery. Spent more than the original estimate and I’m grateful. I went to the Acura dealership to get an oil change and was given an estimate of $79 I believe. Walked up to get my usual doughnut and drink and got I went to the Acura dealership to get an oil change and was given an estimate of $79 I believe. Walked up to get my usual doughnut and drink and got a call from Tony telling me that they had checked my brakes and I needed brakes in the back. That they had noted on my record that I needed a flush of both brakes and transmission systems. I asked him two things, how much more would it cost and how long would it take. When he said it would only take another hour, maybe less, I said please go ahead and do it. My bill was over $500. And I was grateful. Because I know that Tony watches my car carefully, no matter why I bring the car to Acura. That means I’m driving as safely as possible. I am always grateful for his care. I can’t say I was happy to have a larger bill but j was definitely grateful. It is this kind of attention to the needs of my car that keep me coming back to Acura. They’re the best. More
