Once we identified our choice in vehicle (CRX) John worked with us to identify the best set of payment options and made sure we would be happy, and comfortable. This was the nicest experience we have had purchasing a vehicle. John took the time and had patience with us as we went through the decision making process, and explained the benefits of some of our decisions. I brought the vehicle back to the dealer to get a remote start installed. John saw me, came over and spent some time talking with me, thanked me again for the purchase, and made sure I was happy with everything. After a month of emails with Kristen about purchasing the 2013 Civic and getting information about the car, I finally got into their showroom. I was introduced to senior sales rep. John Marshall who got everything done quickly and efficiently. He answered all my questions and was very professional. Finance manager Kenneth was able to get me a great deal despite my subpar credit and Kaitlyn went through all of the contracts and paperwork in a simple, easy to understand way to close out the deal. I was in and out of their showroom in a short amount of time with a new vehicle that I am very happy with. Kudos to all down at Atlantic Honda! More
