My Review of Andrew Toyota-Scion:
The reason I always go back to Andrew is because of the people. I trust them. I've worked with John and Laurie in the past and it's always a good feeling to return to a place and see the same faces. This is the first time I worked with Dave, he was great. I worked with Dave because he called me a few weeks prior regarding my existing lease. If it hadn't been for his call, I would still be in my last car...and I LOVE my new car! I would definitely work with Dave again. However, without taking anything away from Dave, I was very disappointed when I realized that I didn't have James to work with. He made a wonderful impression on me two years ago...and if I had gone in on my own volition (not acting on Dave's call), I would have sought out James. ALWAYS a pleasant experience at Andrew! Thanks to everyone...

My Review of Andrew Toyota-Scion:
We had to make a second trip to Andrews this summer to buy a car as we had an accident that totaled the first one we bought (first accident in 41 years of driving). We had worked with Porter Bell for our first purchase of the summer and were impressed by his attentiveness and his exceptionally calm and pleasant demeanor. He worked very hard the during our first purchase to make the deal affordable for us as we are dealing with a layoff and a shrunken income. We were very happy with our purchase and thought that both Porter and the general manager, K.C. Han, had been very fair and interested in keeping our regular business.

The second deal came on the heels of the Cash for Clunkers sale. We wanted to work with Porter again. We were looking for a good used car that met our criteria and because so much had been sold off the lot during the sale, it was not easy. We found a car that would have been acceptable and, again, Porter did his best to make the car more appealing to us by assuring us that some cosmetic adjustments would easily be made. Meanwhile, John Moore, the sales manager was looking for a Yaris for us because that is what we had lost in the accident and what we really wanted. Again, Porter was attentive and called us with frequent updates on procuring the Yaris. Amazingly, they were able to pull one in from out of state for us at excellent financing!

We really can't say enough good about Andrews. We have used them for servicing all of our cars. The service department is great.
We feel that the entire dealership really cares about their customers and they do everything possible to make them happy and feel that their business is valued.

Prentiss is an original; open and honest, very warm and easy to work with. He went the extra mile for us. Didn't rush us at all, but didn't waste our time either. All the people we worked with were accommodating, professional, and friendly. They made us a good deal and treated us respectfully. At no time did we feel as though they were trying to push us into something we didn't want. The detailer who worked on our car (Virgil?) did such an excellent job, we could not find a single smudge or area that wasn't perfect. We are very satisfied with the entire transaction and expect to purchase our future cars from the same dealership.

This is the second car that I bought from Andrew Toyota. I always ask to work with Andrew Akhanon and John Moore in that I trust them and appreciate their attention to detail. I have my car serviced at Andrew as well...I really believe it is important to keep up the relationship with them. They know me and my expectations and have always lived up to them. I have no hesitation recommended Andrew Toyota and these professional gentlemen to others.

My Review of Andrew Toyota-Scion:
I have had so many bad experiences at new car dealerships I was expecting more of the same when my wife and I walked into Andrew Toyota in late May 2009. A bright and cheerful sales rep (Andrew Akhahon)greeted us at the door and from that moment on, it truly was a different buying experience. Andrew asked us a few questions and he quickly figured out that we knew what we wanted so he introduced us to John Moore the sales manager. John was very responsive and open about pricing. He explained everything and there was no "bait and switch" as I had experienced at other dealers. No hidden fees, no special paint sealer's and such.

John gave us pricing, and he and Andrew found the color and trim we wanted and I drove out in a brand new Camry. Very simple and honest transaction.

I did have a few minutes to walk around the dealership and experience the waiting room with complementary coffee and soda. The complementary shuttle service guy cycled in and out a few times asking if anyone needed a ride to work. Once in a while a repair technician would come into the waiting room and greet a customer, explain any problem or repairs. Overall it looked to me like Andrew has a great business model and a great team of employees.

Oh, and did I mention, they wash your car for you each time you bring it in for an oil change or repair,...sweet!

Wonderful experience. Great price. I ordered a car from the factory. I asked for a qoute and they just did it right the first time. No haggle. Polite, responsive. Peter did a excellent job demonstrating the car. He spent about 2 hours making it a painless experience. Jared in finance was quick and efficient. Sarah arranged for the delivery. John was wonderful. The physical layout of the dealership is well done. The waiting area is setup for kids and adults.

I will return for my next car.

My Review of Andrew Toyota-Scion:
This all started with me being sick home with the flu. I came across the web site for andrew toyota and visited all the cars they had on line.
I sent an email off to Mr. Klein and his response was just fantastic.
Besides the cars on line they had so many of the seina van I wanted it was great to go and visit to see them.
We fell in love with a burgandy '09 and got more than I expected off the price and couldnt turn it down.
After a complete detailed go over the van we were off with one hell of a van and it is made in the US with our workers.
I am retired and not so spry to jump into some other vans bending my head down so far it hurts.
The complete picture of the staff at Andrew Toyota leaves you with some new friends and will look forward to getting the vans work taken care of there also. I was introduced to a service writer named John Ferigno and his manner of confidence leads me to believe here at Andrew is the place to be.
