Great Lease Offer! We stopped in just to make sure we understood the terms, etc.. of our 39 month lease (2012 Flex) and were offered the chance to upgrade to a 2014 Flex We stopped in just to make sure we understood the terms, etc.. of our 39 month lease (2012 Flex) and were offered the chance to upgrade to a 2014 Flex early. I'm sure it was good for the dealership as well, but we didn't see any down-side to the deal for us either. John Qualkenbush went way out of his way to help us locate our "perfect" Flex, which ended up being brought from N.C. for us in just a few short days. Unbelievably easy and he was so awesomely patient while we located the perfect car. We will come back for sure when this lease is up so that we can get another. John also leased us our first Flex and he is just a great sales person to work with! I spent the rest of the day driving everywhere I could just to be in the car - we LOVE the Flex! We've had great experience with the service department at Two Rivers also during the last 3 years with our 2012. Just a great dealership all around! More

Relationship with Two Rivers Fford and john Q. During the past twenty years I have purchased several new vehicles from Two Rivers Ford...a few to be my company car and a few for personal ownership. The service has always been excellent...but, the last three new vehicles I purchased, for my family, within the last year were purchased through John Q. What can I say? John Q. was the best! He listen to my desires and provided the vehicles I wanted and did it in a fashion that made me feel guilty for getting such an excellent price with quality vehicles. For the first time in my life (73 years old) I didn't feel guilty after purchasing a car for my wife or myself. That spells pure satisfaction...and that is what an excellent salesperson can provide. Thanks for a job well done and the education on all the high tech equipment on the vehicles. Job well done john Q!!! More

EV Dealership=Fusion Energi, excellent service! See John Q!! I came into this nearby dealership after reading many online reviews naming the Ford Fusion Hybrid as best in it's class. I was greeted warmly by a ge I came into this nearby dealership after reading many online reviews naming the Ford Fusion Hybrid as best in it's class. I was greeted warmly by a gentleman named "Happy Jack" who not only listened intently to my purchase's purpose (a 20-mile one way commute) but was knowledgeable enough to recommend my investigation into the Ford Fusion Energi (which has a 20 mile all electric range), which at that point I didn't even know existed. After doing some more research and finding a charging station very close to my work (for free no less!) I decided to place the order for the Energi. Though the dealership had many Energi's to choose from, there were some features that I was looking for that they didn't keep stocked (Adapter Cruise Control). And if they did have the features, it wasn't the right color, Jack drew up an order form and my car was under construction from the factory. Here are the two parts where I really feel Two Rivers shined: 1.) As we all hope, eventually there comes a time when we all retire. "Happy Jack" retired about four weeks into my car order, which was expected to run somewhere around 8-12 weeks. It was at this point I was introduced to John Q. Talk about a seamless transition. John was exceptionally informative and wasn't afraid to go above and beyond in picking up his former co-workers sale, giving me updates on order status, etc.. This transition was everything I could've asked for and more from a dealerhsip and Mr. Q. 2.) To my knowledge mine wais the first fully loaded Titanium Energi that Two Rivers had gotten (Driver Assitance package (BLIS), Adaptive Cruise Control, MoonRoof, Active Park Assist, Heated Steering Wheel, Voice Activated Navigation, heated (and cooled) seats), the works!!! When I finally Met John Q. he was so excited to get me into the Energi, and when he showed me my owners' manual I understood why. John Q, not wanting to miss a thing had thumbed my manual many, many times over.. so much so that some pages had become loose and I saw creases in specific sections that were relevant. When I got in and sat behind the sea of electronics I had purchased, John Q's research paid off. Showing me everything from the universal MyFordTouch. down to the control settings for EV mode vs. Auto Hybird, and even the Parking Assist and BLIS packages. Not only do I personally appreciate John Q's "above and beyond" attitude in helping me understand my car, I think this says something exceptional about the mentality of this man, and the salesmen's general attitude at Two Rivers ford. Keeping up with all of this diverse and ever-changing technology making it's way onto the mainstream market isn't easy and John Q. is dedicated to being the most informed salesman he can be, and that's precisely what I want. A note about the price; Like any savvy consumer, when my car arrived I did some checking around to make sure there wasn't an equal car that had been built at another dealership (while mine was being built), so that I might call to get some competitive pricing (Naturally John Q.never knew about this :) ) I found a few models that were close but not exactly what I wanted. The prices I got from the competitors for these "inferior" models was anything but comparable... the deal I got at Two Rivers far exceeded the competitors. A couple last thoughts; John Q. offered me a new manual since he thumbed though mine so much (I politely declined). I won't go into exact details (as I think each salesman has their own tactics for making me personally feel appreciated), but John Q. netted me a bonus "goodie" for having to deal with the frustration (pleasure) of having to deal with a salesman swap. The bottom line? Go to Two Rivers Ford. Ask for John Q! More

Second purchase from John Q and Two Rivers Ford I'm just not a car guy. One result of that is a general distrust of car sales men and mechanics. I always feel like I'm getting taken advantage of. My wife's car died and she went looking for a replacement. That's how I met John Q. My wife couldn't stop talking about the nice salesman she met at Two Rivers. Being the skeptic I insisted that we look at other lots after our visit to Two Rivers. After looking at other places we determined that we were going to get the best car value at Two Rivers. John located a low mileage, high quality Ford Escape that my wife fell in love with. The worked with us on a few repairs we wanted, our trade in and the final price. They even got us comp rate with significantly less hassle than our own bank offered. When I needed a new car there was no question about calling John Q. He listened to what I was looking for and drove from Mt. Juliet to Donelson to meet us at the wholesale lot. John Q = Customer Service A++++ I've referred other people to John Q and will continue to do so. Thanks John...see you when my daughter needs her first car. More

Enjoying my F150 I have been very pleased with my F150 purchased last summer at Two Rivers Ford. I appreciated the product knowledge & courtesy in dealing with John Q through the purchase process. John Q walked the entire lot looking for the particular trim package I wanted. When the single vehicle I was looking for had been sold earlier that day, he did not waste my time nor his trying to sell me something else or one that was more expensive. When we could not find the trim package at first, he was willing to let me leave because they didn't immediately have what I wanted. After checking with other sales staff, one more truck (like I was looking for) was available back in clean-up on a deal that did not close. He took care of getting accessories (i.e., bedliner, soft top cover, rubber mats) installed with no issues. I even got a paint scratch repaired that happened on the lot before signing the papers. The process was very smooth and low pressure. Other Ford dealers (both locally & out-of-state) that I checked with during the purchase process did not show the same customer interest & courtesy that I received at Two Rivers Ford. John Q at Two Rivers was a pleasure to deal with. I would consider him & Two Rivers Ford again when looking for another vehicle. More

Great Experience We came into the dealership looking for a used Ford Explorer Sportstrak. Found one in the rear of the building that had not been cleaned up yet. Asked about the truck, drove it, and found that a problem with the Transmission existed. John Q helped with the negotiation of the money needed for the transmission to be fixed. We were written a check for the amount we needed for a friend to fix the problem. Everything worked out and I have been happy with my vehicle for three years. I would return to Two Rivers Ford and ask for John Qualkenbush (Q for short). Thanks for making our experience a good one. More

I know a lot of people complain that they don't trust mechanics but I trust Charles and recommend him to anyone who says that. I just bought a new Escape from John Q and am just as delighted with the follow up service as I was with my Expedition. I have absolutely nothing but good things to say about both men. More
