My Review of Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram:
The only reason I am giving them all fives is because the scale does not go to ten. In all of my years, I have never had such a great experience in buying a car. From the first moment I walked in the door, it was an awesome experience. I like the fact that the salesmen are not doing a relay race to get to the customer. I opened the door and the lady that sits at the front desk immediately asked if she could help me, not one time but every time I went there. This dealership has truely set the standard for which others need to follow. If they say they are going to do something, that is exactly what they do. I can not imagine ever going to another place. Oh yeah, the car is awesome. I brought a 2012 Chysler 200. It is fantastic!! Even if you dont plan to buy a car there (which you should)go there just to see how you should be treated and appreciated when you spend your hard earned money because they are truely the model dealership!!!

We came to the dealersip and John Raila was exceptional he knew what type of vehicle we were looking for and when he saw that a 2012 Liberty was in transit he kept us informed of when it would arrive at the dealership. John was very professional and knowledgeable when we came for a test drive. Heand the finance department made the entire process wonderful.

GREAT JOB!!! My husband and I where looking for a jeep. I saw your add on the web. I was very impressed. The dealership worked very hard with me to get the payment we could afford...and to our surprize it was actually lower than that.. Well, just let me say this, that has never happened before. These other dealerships could take a little training from you guys.

Kevin and John worked with me through a couple of different options with no pressure. They discussed all the options available and worked to find a vehicle that had everything that I needed and that fit into my budget. They have handled every minor issue that has come up (as they do with new car purchases) and answered all my questions with professionalism. Very friendly and helpful guys. Second vehicle purchased from Lake Norman Jeep in the last year, definately recommend.

I was quickly greeted and shown a wide variety of vehicles. The sales person, John Raila, was very helpful and easy to work with. There was a no pressure environment which made the experience very pleasant. We took a test drive, I learned more about the vehicle and John provided good details. The price negotiation was handled in a professional manner and we took the necessary time to come to an agreeable price for both parties. The experience went quickly and smoothly all the way from selecting the vehicle throughout the financing portion. All associates were courteus, helpful and responsive to any questions or feedback. I would definitely do business again with Lake Norman Chrysler Dodge...
