John Sciacca, General Manager and Paul Sucharzewski, Sales Associate, are professional, yet sincerely personable. They can provide you with an in-depth knowledge of their product and are able to assist with any questions you may have. Their ability to craft some auto and financial options to select from for your specific situation is unparalled and refreshing - compared to traditional auto dealer in-person searches. I am so pleased with every inch of our experience at Brattleboro Subaru. The sales staff (Rose) was knowledgeable, friendly and not at all pushy. She made me feel like a new best friend rather than yet Brattleboro Subaru. The sales staff (Rose) was knowledgeable, friendly and not at all pushy. She made me feel like a new best friend rather than yet another customer. When I went to purchase my Subaru, Nis, was so prepared for me-- all the paperwork was in order, he explained everything in great detail and even though he probably should have gone home hours earlier, he still had all the time in the world for me to ask questions. John helped at making Brattleboro Subaru feel like my new home away from home by meeting our needs in a number of different way. He was a super liaison between sales and service. John is truly exceptional. Heidi and Nate in service are taking such great care of us. I was so pleased with my purchase, a few weeks later I returned with my daughter and she purchased her first car from Brattleboro Subaru. Thank you to my friends at Brattleboro Subaru! More

Chris is a very friendly sales person to deal with. John and Luke are the most honest people that you could ever meet and deal with at a car dealership. John and Luke will go to the end of the world to help and Luke are the most honest people that you could ever meet and deal with at a car dealership. Nizam is just great with all the paper work and explaining everything so that you, the average person understands all about the financing and warranties. Overall this is a 5 star business being run in Brattleboro ,VT. More

The Sales man,Billy Boutilette was very helpful. They made buying a car in one day (when urgently needed) easy! There was no unexpected pricing or conditions of sale that I've seen in other dealerships...
