I came into the dealership to look at a car that was advertised, took it out for a test drive. It didn’t have some of the things that I needed/ wanted. After explaining this to Matt, he came back with advertised, took it out for a test drive. It didn’t have some of the things that I needed/ wanted. Awesome, Excellent, Impeccable! Rich d’andrea was great. Truly professional and a nice guy which makes for a really great sales person. He made the transition very smooth. When I came back to get the wheel cover the parts guy was very nice too. Sometimes it’s the little things that impress me. After they put the wheel cover on Rich backed the car up for me so I could get out of the parking lot easier. John Sullo was very helpful and professional getting the finance done. The parts guy was great but I don’t know his name. Same goes for the receptionist. I’ve known Rob my whole life and he’s truly done an amazing job with his dealership, I know his dad would be so proud of him. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and we will definitely go back to Rich in a couple years when my son will want his own Jeep 🚘 😀👍🏻 More

Once I physically got to the dealership I was introduced to Ryan who conducted my road test. Ryan was nice and knowledgably and a pleasure to work with. Ryan and John Sullo worked with me on the negotiation and the final sales. Jonathan worked with me on the financing and final paperwork. My overall experience was pleasant and I will be recommending Branhaven to anyone looking for a new or used car. More

The staff were extremely helpful and made sure I was getting into the exact car I wanted and needed and that I understood every step that was taken. They made sure I knew what was on every document I signed and walked me through the entire process carefully so that nothing was missed. Everything was done in a timely manner. They had to factory order my vehicle, and even then the wait time for it was cut in half! They were even able to speed up the shipping time for me. I am extremely satisfied with my vehicle and the service provided for me. Everyone involved worked very hard to make sure my payments were where they needed to be and they put in so much of their time and efforts into making this process as simple and stress free as possible. I'd recommend this dealer to everyone. The atmosphere is so comfortable and the staff are amazing people. Definitely go see them if you're looking for Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge or Ram products. Even if you're looking for a different type of vehicle, their used car selection has other makes as well. You'll definitely catch a great deal! More
