I purchased a used Nissan NV 2500 out of state and when driving it back to Massachusetts noticed that the vehicle was all over the road. It made a long drive difficult! Took it in to Bertera and now it dri driving it back to Massachusetts noticed that the vehicle was all over the road. It made a long drive difficult! Took it in to Bertera and now it drives like a. new vehicle. Straight and effortless! No stress drop off and great shuttle service. I will definitely be going back for future services! More

My car has been at bertera since last week and when I drove the car out onto the parking lot there was a very loud high pitch alarm on. Why did they allow that I turned back into the garage to see what drove the car out onto the parking lot there was a very loud high pitch alarm on. I scheduled the service for the vehicle and they were ready when I showed up. However it is difficult to contact the service department.
