Their solution was to ask my insurance to cover a windshield replacement instead of them taking ownership of the issue, so much for a "Toyota certified used" vehicle. I won't buy again from these folks or bring my car for service here. Buyers beware of this place. Any attempt to contact any level of management gets discarded, it's shady business practices.
16Dec22: The car's windshield was replaced by Boch Toyota and now the car works perfectly. Thank you, especially to Jessica C., Chris G., and Johnny F. from sales for lending me his car.

Update 07Dec22: I responded to Jessica immediately on Friday since I was still up at 11pm and finally got an actual reply on Monday and I provided a time I was available to talk on Tuesday. As I expected, no call on the day nor the day after (today). So my opinion has not changed, this whole tactic of automated "communication" is laughable and it's not fooling anyone. I wonder how well they would like it if the shoe was on the other foot, a little empathy would go a long way instead of automated statements and communications. I don't think i'm being irrational or crazy by wanting to have a car where everything works, but maybe in Boch Toyota's eyes that's the definition of crazy.

Update 16Dec22: I was able to finalize touch base with Jessica on the phone and spoke about the issues that I encountered. With her help, Boch Toyota took responsibility and replaced the windshield on Wednesday with the appropriate windshield. They provided me with a vehicle so I didn't have to wait at the dealership which was very much appreciated. Everything was completed to my satisfaction on Wednesday after they tested everything.
I was able to verify that today with all the rain we had, the rain-sensing wipers worked flawlessly. Thanks to Jessica, Chris Gray and Johnny from sales for their work to correct the issue. I'm happy with the outcome and glad they listened to my feedback.
