They sold me a car in June with non-working rain-sensing wipers. It appears the original owner replaced the windshield with a non-Toyota windshield so they won't work. Their solution was to ask my insuranc wipers. It appears the original owner replaced the windshield with a non-Toyota windshield so they won't work. Their solution was to ask my insurance to cover a windshield replacement instead of them taking ownership of the issue, so much for a "Toyota certified used" vehicle. I won't buy again from these folks or bring my car for service here. Buyers beware of this place. Any attempt to contact any level of management gets discarded, it's shady business practices. 16Dec22: The car's windshield was replaced by Boch Toyota and now the car works perfectly. This place is a caricature of all the negative aspects of car buying. I called ahead to look and made an appointment to look at an Avalon. They didn’t have it ready. Awful experience. We asked for a quote on a car, they never gave it to us. When we went in for a scheduled appointment, the salesmen only gave us two word answers, and no insight to some of one questions never gave it to us. I was eager to buy or lease a car through here after returning my lease out of convenience but they were so rude I will never go back again. Also, we were only able to test drive in their parking lot where other dealerships have let us take the car off the lot. More

I bought my new Toyota from Boch last week. That will be my final Boch perchase ever. Sales personnel would not talk with me nor even stay seated with me. They said the car was ready to test drive and I got my final Boch perchase ever. Sales personnel would not talk with me nor even stay seated with me. They said the car was ready to test drive and I got there and the car was not there. It was at their other dealership lot. So I waited an hour and they ignored me. Then they were not friendly at all during the buying process. The sales person was clueless, and the sales manager was talking loud from his desk about the pricing and he had a severe attitude. I have purchased many many new cars but this takes the cake. Then they never explained about the technology or the connecticity services in the car. I asked but nothingn was stated. The rebate was never explained to me, and it’s been a week and the sales person still had not contacted me back from my three calls and emails with answers to my question. Totally unprofessional. I only went to Boch because this particular model was available and other dealers were out of stock and the price was close to my needs. Normally I shop Herb Chambers where I have always been treated professionally. I will never purchase from Boch again. More
