Worked hard to find us the right price for the right car Prior to closing on our car purchase I had done a great deal of research. We test drove a variety of makes and models and negotiated with a number dealershps in order to find a car we liked for a price we likA aed. We had narrowed the hunt to 3 different makes/models and were about to take the final steps when our mechanic suggested we try Bob Johnsons. I was referred to Jolene Vito and was very upfront with her about her competitors offers. She asked a number of questions and did her research, coming back with a price that met our perameters. Jolene was great throughout the closing - very informative and careful that we understood the numbers and what we were signing. She also was able to get us more for our trade in and a new car with more options than the cars we had originally priced. We then worked with Frank to complete the money end of the deal. In the past we have never purchased the added protection plan on our lease but his explanation of the plan and willingness to wave some of the upfront fees changed our minds. Overall an excellent experience. Keith More

Frustrating When I picked up my vehicle after the remote start was installed, I have not had wifi in my car.
