John Waterhouse is an exceptional service manager. He is intuitive, thorough, patient and is courteous. They don't get any better than Jon. Edwardo was the very excellent man who diagosed the problem and two other areas that needed attention and repair in our Murano. Together, these two men are the best. I have had a lot of experience with repair service with automobiles having driven over 1.5 million miles in my lifetime and Crown Nissan is tops. Bill Baumner More
