From the ease of turning in my leased 2017 Explorer to Chapman Ford searching for a 2018 Explorer that I was looking to purchase with the color and equipment packages I was looking for. AND it continued with getting me the financing for the new vehicle that fit my budget. Everyone involved put their best foot forward and made those experience quick and easy and enjoyable.
