Both Jonathan (JD) and Carl were a pleasure to work with! They both went above and beyond to get me into my "Dream Car", I can't thank them enough for their help. Lexus of Sarasota was one of the best Dealer They both went above and beyond to get me into my "Dream Car", I can't thank them enough for their help. Lexus of Sarasota was one of the best Dealerships I've purchased from. The only reason for the 4 out of 5 stars would be because there is an outstanding "issue" with the Start/Stop feature that requires service. Not a "big deal" as the vehicle is under warranty, but would've been better handled prior to driving off the lot. Overall a wonderful experience, they have my business moving forward! Overall - purchasing went great - would’ve liked a bit more review of the options and accessories on delivery - the pre delivery prep wasn’t great - could’ve been detailed better and the wiper blades chan more review of the options and accessories on delivery - the pre delivery prep wasn’t great - could’ve been detailed better and the wiper blades changed - I’ve had to replace them that’s and extra $120 out of my pocket More

I understand that customers buying a used vehicle won't be treated the same as customers buy new - but this was just disappointing. The initial price I was quoted after taxes and fees sounded right, and th be treated the same as customers buy new - but this was just disappointing. The initial price I was quoted after taxes and fees sounded right, and the interest rate was good, but it turned out to be thousands more - basically twice the ticket price. I was asked to leave 5 star reviews to the point of feeling harrassed. There was an issue with one of the internal lights that I informed them of and they initially responded to and told me they'd get back to me, but they never followed up on it. More

Worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with from the top down. Absolutely horrible handling anything. Bought their flagship car, 2023 Lexus LS500, and was promised white glove service. Rundown showroom, poor salesman communication, dirty car, waited several hours after being told it would take 45 minutes, very difficult to get anyone to respond to pleas for help once things started going wrong after we drove off the lot, etc. You name it, it was handled poorly. The experience has been so bad I don’t even want the car anymore after having spent close to $100K. More
