I clicked, picked out a car, filled out some info and the next morning I get a phone call from this chic, Felicia with Don Ringler. After talking a few minutes we end the call and I received the cutest video made for me by Felicia thanking me for talking with her. Then I received an email from a salesman, Jon Lovera, offering to come pick me (Cuz I have no car at this point) so I can look at some cars. I thought"Wow, thats pretty awesome!" It took 2 days to get me financed and in a car but Jon Lovera and Kimberly Smith went Above & Beyond to make it happen. Thank You! More

Top Notch Dealership Ever! I gave this dealership a 5 star rating because of their collective top notch customer service. My son bought his first car here two weeks ago, and the I gave this dealership a 5 star rating because of their collective top notch customer service. My son bought his first car here two weeks ago, and they treated him so good, that when I got the "new car bug" they are the ones I turned to. From the first contact w/ Richard Hill, which included his close contact via phone and text.. he answered all of my questions in real time, and working closely with the Sales Manager - Johnny to give me a deal that I couldn't pass up - allowing me to make a decision within a few hours - all without having to go in and spend hours at the dealership. No games are played here.. They give you their best offer - bottom line. I was willing to drive an hour and a half to go in and sign the paperwork and within an hour was driving away with my new Toyota Highlander - Limited Edition.. Every employee there made me feel appreciated as a customer and I will definately go back for future new car needs. I absolutely love my new Toyota Highlander! More

Within minutes of filling out the credit application I was in touch with Jon. He made the whole process so simple. He seemed to really make sure of what I wanted and what I was looking for. This was probably the best experience I've ever had when purchasing a new vehicle. And by the way, this is my very first "brand new" vehicle I've ever purchased. More
