The service advisor , Jonathan Serrano , was extremely excellent. He questioned me about the car situation. He ran tests immediately to see what the issue was. I did not need one. The work was completed in 2 hours. I received a complimentary car wash and interior clean. Mr Serrano was knowledgeable, considerate and had excellent Lexus acumen.
