I have been with Mercedes Benz for about nine years but can honestly say that I had the best experience with Rockville center. John went above and beyond!!! He was polite, knowledgeable, patient and I must say “very “ patient…he spent 8 hours with us and not once we felt rushed…we had to pick up the vehicle at another location and guessed who stopped by? “John”. My husband and I were completely shocked as he had already spent so much of his time with us however he wanted to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Thank you John….you are awesome!!! The show room is impeccable!!! We also had to deal with Jonathan one of the managers…this man is a real human being. He is a listener and a problem solver, very easy to talk to…..simply the best.. Deceptive Business Practices Leased a 2020 E350 in April. I am African American so my credit report wasn’t trustworthy it had to be ran twice on TransUnion with Mercedes-Benz Fin Leased a 2020 E350 in April. I am African American so my credit report wasn’t trustworthy it had to be ran twice on TransUnion with Mercedes-Benz Financial Services to be approved . This was my second car with them and the first had no missed or even late payments. They did not inform me this was being done, just notified a month later by credit reporting agency. There was no reason to run my credit report twice (2 hours apart) they only did this because I am black. This is a foal, deceptive practice and I’m sure it is not done with three Caucasian applicants. More
