Poor management by sales manager. Very poor customer service by first salesman. Ended up ordering wrong color. Rusty parts on wheel spacers and front steering parts. Sales manager said its normal surface rust on brand new 23 truck. Maybe two weeks old. He do tell I could go service department and talk to them. They will explain about the unexceptable rust. I seriously regretting canceling order and going to another dealership. More

My salesman, great, patient, polite and a great employee to have for your xompany. And so are the rest of the team that supported the sale. Brought my dog in due to the limitations he has in getting into to have for your xompany. And so are the rest of the team that supported the sale. Brought my dog in due to the limitations he has in getting into a vehicle, and he was treated like a celebrity, and they even got him a big dish of water. I have bought at Dattona Toyta for many vehicles, and was never let down by annoying sales pitches, just truth and good pricing. They aim to get you their best price. With regard to all the others, I do not remember all who were also an asset. More

Wow, what a place. I’ve bought a lot of cars through out the years and this has been the easiest experience if my life. I wanted to buy a new camry for my wife. Gary my I’ve bought a lot of cars through out the years and this has been the easiest experience if my life. I wanted to buy a new camry for my wife. Gary my sales person made it super simple. I told him what I was looking for and he went out and found a car just like I described and negotiations were light hearted and didn’t ruin the fun of buying a new car for my wife, and that’s usually the worst part is the pricing but I have to say Daytona Toyota and Gary Coombs made it easy! I will be back!!! More

I have never been treated so bad in my life. I have recently purchased a car from this dealership 1 month ago. My wife, Daughter and I are looking for a truck for my daughter. I talked with a sa I have recently purchased a car from this dealership 1 month ago. My wife, Daughter and I are looking for a truck for my daughter. I talked with a sales person, Dylan, and asked if i was able to test drive the truck over night and was told yes to come up to the dealership and get it. He also stated that he would have it pulled up and ready. Upon driving from Deland to Daytona to find out that he had not talked to his management about taking the vehicle. We were also told the truck was certified to find out that it wasn't. A manager walked out with Dylan, don't know his name, to begin telling us that we are unable to take the vehicle. My wife and I decided to leave the dealership to further discuss the possible purchase. Upon coming back the next day we were greeted by Dylan. He told us to drive the truck while he obtained some pricing. Johnny, manager, walked out to us after waiting in the sun for 25 minutes, to tell us that we are not able to take the truck over night and that they are not interested in doing business with us. We were basically told that they wanted us to leave the property. Brittney, sales manager, talked with us and stated that they felt my family was to aggressive the night before and was not comfortable talking to us. Now i know this is a long post, but mind you i just bought a car 1 month ago. There was no arguing, disrespect, and even shook hands with both employees when we left that night. I have never been so embarrassed in my like. While this was happening the staff was staring out the window at us making it uncomfortable. I will not go back to that dealer and suggest that you research them before you do. If this is the dealer you choose, the only person that was good to us was Brittney. Apparently they have enough business that they can treat people this way. Those people that know me know that i am not an aggressive person. thank you for your time and please do research before going there. More
