We appreciate their efforts. If this is true, however, I find it inexcusable that the dealership would hold Ana accountable and responsible for any issues not within her scope, specifically the finance end. Each individual needs to be rated or evaluated on his/her performance. Anything not a "5 rating" has nothing to do with our experience with Ana. The rating for the finance part of our experience is not totally intended for the dealership Finance Manager, but also with the dealership and its choice of financial services. I will say that our Finance Manager was quick to say several times during our visit with him that "it wasn't up to him" or "these are the rules" which are not welcomed comments to a customer. If you can't handle it, kick it up to someone else! And don't make a customer wait for hours just to hear there's a problem. Nobody with an 820 credit score welcomes that comment or a waste of their time. Had we been advised of this earlier, perhaps we could have taken care of the issue in a more timely fashion. It seems that if this dealership has chosen Lexus Financial Services as their financial partner, the dealership should have someone from Lexus Financial Services on site. It should also be noted that the auto maker Lexus and Lexus Financial Services, while operating independently, are both owner by Toyota! Please pass that along to the Finance Manager. Also I want it noted that Ana was more helpful to us with the Experian issue than the Finance Manager. Overall it was a good experience, in spite of the "hiccup". There was no high pressure and you provide a pleasant environment. More

When we first walked into the door of the Lexus dealership, Salesperson Jamie Dickinson quickly greeted us. He showed us all of the features regarding the vehicle that we were interested in. Jamie kept us updated on the delivery status, and welcomed any questions we had throughout the process. I felt pressure in price negotiations. I felt I should have gotten $5,000 more for my trade. The garage doors were programed by the tech and when we got home none of the buttons worked. I wanted a different car, but I was told no telling if my choice would ever be available. The interior also was not my choice It was just not a comfortable situation. Having purchased 2 cars from Wild, I thought I should have been given better service. We started our search in the Clearwater area where we live, but Lexus of Sarasota presented some great values that we had to investigate. We drove the 75 miles to get there, and it was well worth it. We had contacted them ahead of time to let them know we were coming and what we wanted to see. The dealership was busy on a Saturday, but Ana Lima quickly greeted us and took us to the car we wanted to see - it was sitting out front and ready to drive. After some pleasant negotiations, we made a deal. Although it took a bit longer than we expected, we drove home with a beautiful Lexus RX 350. Ana was very knowledgeable about the car, was very attentive, and made us feel welcome and comfortable. Chad was great with the car tech overview and orientation. The financing paperwork was such a breeze with the cool desk computer overlay and signing process. We plan to keep this car for a long time - but we would highly recommend this dealership and Ana - she was the best! More
