I got the color I wanted at a good price with no problems. My salesman was very helpful. I bought many new cars and I believe Pacifico Ford was my favorite dealership to do business with. When i came to Pacifico i was already tired of shopping for a car and ready to give up for the day but as soon as i came in Jorge was extremely friendly and he answered all my questions in the order i aske for a car and ready to give up for the day but as soon as i came in Jorge was extremely friendly and he answered all my questions in the order i asked them. His friendliness was exceptional, he worked with me to pick the car that was right for me in price and expectations. He gave a good price for the car i wanted and went through the paperwork fast. the quality of work and time he put in to help me get what i wanted was outstanding. Jorge is great with customers during the purchase and after. He's called a few times after the purchase to make sure i was happy with everything. More dealerships should have people like him around. I would most definitely recommend Pacifico and Jorge to my friends and family. In overall Experience i would give Jorge a 10+!!! Thank you for making my first car buying experience so great!!! More

My husband & I had such a wonderful experience with purchasing our car recently with Jorge. He was very friendly and helpful in picking out our car. He new all about the car and was more than happy t purchasing our car recently with Jorge. He was very friendly and helpful in picking out our car.
