Very friendly check-in and customer service agent for this major recall. Vehicle was nicely cleaned and ready for pickup at estimated time. I was given a new loaner vehicle to use for 3 days which allo this major recall. Vehicle was nicely cleaned and ready for pickup at estimated time. The customer waiting lounge was very comfortable. I had brought an Ipad for the occasion and was able to get some work done. The time estimate for the service was about 2 hours. During that time I was never given a progress update. It would have been helpful if someone had notified me the service would run a little longer.
