Lupe was very patient and courteous with me while scheduling and rescheduling test drives around our busy schedules. Javier Guzman and Jose Martinez made us feel welcome from beginning to end. They both made the sales process very comfortable. Not once during the whole process did we feel any pressure. At the end of the day, we agreed on a price that I thought was both fair and competitive with similar vehicles on the market. I would definitely refer my friends and family to go see Javier and Jose for their pre-owned vehicle needs. Rick in finance had us in and out in 20 minutes. At Sunrise, however, I was lucky enough to meet a great staff that treated me as a valued customer before I even made a purchase. Manny helped my brother get into a beautiful car a month before, so I knew I was going to be in good hands. I can’t thank him and Jose enough for treating me so well and finding a way to get me into a reliable car that I am proud to drive. Anyone that is hesitant on buying a new car because of financial/credit concerns should go to Sunrise. They won’t set you to the side like most places did to me, they will work with you to find a solution! I will continue to recommend Sunrise to my friends and family. More

I initially went in to inquire about a used car I saw online and was shown a newer car with less mileage. Manny and the finance team were able to get monthly payments lower than I budgeted for and worked with the down payment I had available.
