I've been coming to Wilsonville Honda for all of my service needs since I bought my new Honda in 2006. The service department is always knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy. They always explain things in detail to me and I know I can trust their recommendations. Additionally, Kristina, Jeanette, Jose and Rob are always very friendly and personable. I recommend friends, family and co-workers to this dealer all of the time.

Great friendly customer service. Service to be done is explained well. Open convenient hours. Ready when promised. Car wash and vacuum free with service. I would highly recommend Parker Johnstone's Wilsonville Honda to anyone.

The employees at this dealership are exceptional. They are incredibly friendly and always remember my name. My questions are answered and the work is done in the timeframe promised. The environment is quite nice, with the space always being clean and Wi-Fi is available. One of the things I like most is that there is appears to be no employee turnover in the service department, so that the same friendly faces are always there. It is a pleasure to have my service work done at Parker Johnstone Wilsonville Honda.

I've been going to this dealership for several years to get my Honda serviced there. There is another dealership that is closer to my home, but I go out of my way to drive further to Parker Johnstone because of the excellent, friendly service I receive there!

We purchased our 2007 CRV new from this dealership. What a great car and easy buying experience. Since that time, we have had our vehicle serviced and maintained at Parker Johnstone's as well. Several great deals an incentives have worked out for us, but the best part of working with Honda in Wilsonville is that the staff take such good care of us. Not just the usual dealership experience. A shuttle of course, ability to wait in comfort with optional cookies and coffee, friendly people. All of these things are great. But we have also received help in a couple tough situations where we ended up saving an important amount of money. We will definitely continue with Parker Johnstone's Honda!

The service Department at Wilsonville Honda is the best service department around. They are always so welcoming and provide great service. I live in Beaverton and could go to another Honda dealer but I choose to drive to Wilsonville Honda for all my service needs.

I bought my first brand new car from Wilsonville Honda and the sales team is equally as good as the service department. I went in the prepared for a hassle and when pleasantly surprised how quick and easy the process was. When I get ready to buy a new Honda I will buy it from Wilsonville Honda!

Ease of doing business is important to me and Wilsonville Honda has it down!

I've always had a great experience at Parker Johnstone's. The staff is friendly. My car has always been ready when they promised it would be or they have kept me updated if there are delays. They have yet to throw a surprise my way to ruffle my feathers. Very professional.

I HAVE BEEN WORKING WITH WILSONVILLE HONDA FOR ABOUT 5 YEARS NOW. I TOOK MY CAR IN FOR SERVICE AT THE END OF SEPTEMBER. LONG STORY SHORT... MY TRANSMISSION TOOK A CRAP! I ASKED THEM TO PARK THE CAR ON THEIR LOT!! I ASKED TO GET THE NEW CAR LOAN IN PROCESS. I KNEW WHAT I WANTED AND NEEDED AND WAS GOING TO LEAVE THE LOT WITH. I GOT MY HONDA ACCORD 2012 AND BLACK!! I LOVE THE CAR:) I HAD A FEW HICK-UPS WITH THE NAVIGATION BEING INSTALLED. BOB MOORE HAS BEEN TRUELY AWESOME WITH SERVICE AND GETTING THE JOB DONE!! JOSE HAS BEEN PATIENT AND HELPFUL WHILE SCHEDULING AND SERVICING THE CAR. JOSE HAS MADE SURE OF ANY TRANSPORTATION ISSUES... THAT I HAVE A CAR TO DRIVE. I HAVE ALSO RECIEVED ABOUT 3 CALLS TO MAKE SURE I AM HAPPY AND SATISFIED. I REALLY WANT TO THANK THE TEAM AT WILSONVILLE HONDA. I would like to thank the service team for getting me in so quick for some routine servicing and to look at my A/C! While I was waiting in the reception area I was watching a Salesman helping a customer who was looking at an Accord. She was asking all kinds of questions, would get up from the desk and look at the car in the show room, would go outside and make a phone call, go back to the desk, go back to the car, her phone would ring and she would go back outside and this went on and on. I don't know how many times she got on her phone at the desk, but her ringer was turned up full blast! This went on and on for a long time. Then she got up and left. I waited a while and then I had to ask the Salesman "Is she going to buy that car"? He said no, her son told her not to. I would like to say how patient he was with her, because she was driving me nuts while I was just sitting there listening to her. Chris Nething did a great job putting up with that customer.
