My husband and I went in to look at a Highlander and possibly some others, as we really weren't sure what exactly we wanted yet (due to a car accident that landed us with a totaled vehicle, we had some possibly some others, as we really weren't sure what exactly we wanted yet (due to a car accident that landed us with a totaled vehicle, we had some unplanned car shopping to do). I have to give this dealership an A+. From the second I walked in I was greeted by Mike Beck and he was awesome. I also have to include used car Manager Jose Rivera with being awesome, he was very professional and was able to get me my numbers without any haggle with unwanted charges. There was an issue with a crack on the side mirror and he was happily willing to replace it. Mike helped me first over the phone with checking on a used car for me. He promptly went outside and looked over a couple cars for me and called me back. So glad I made it in to see the car he informed ab used car for me. He promptly went outside and looked over a couple cars for me and called me back. So glad I made it in to see the car he informed about that was in really good condition as he was correct, it was. Mike was super busy as it was a Saturday but always made sure to check on me and give me updates. He was so nice and not pushy at all. Very pleasant car buying experience and nice dealer. It was worth the drive from Arlington Heights. More
