Friendly service. Jose Sanchez, took his time showing us a variety of cars. It was my first time purchasing a car, yet Jose guided us through every step. I called Jose Sanchez to ask him what the service code in my car meant, and he called service himself, and found what needed to be done and how much it would cost. He also made an appointment for me. Norm Reeves and Jose proved that I can, in fact, have the car I want in the color I want. The whole process was amazing. . . I was able to fill out my application online and fax over my insurance documents s car I want in the color I want. The whole process was amazing. . . I was able to fill out my application online and fax over my insurance documents so that EVERYTHING, I mean EVERYTHING was ready when I arrived. I wanted to wait for the weekend to buy my car because everyone knows it takes a whole day to buy a car. Again, Norm Reeves and Jose proved this doesn't have to be the case. Jose explained that he will try to get as much ready as possible. I came in test drove the car, signed my paperwork and proceeded to go to Finance Dept. and because all my paperwork was ready, it only took about 20-30 mins to go over everything. I was driving out of the dealer in about a little over 2 hours. More

Jose Sanchez was wonderful to work with. He helped us find just the right car at just the right price for us. We considered both a lease and a purchase but the purchase was by far the better option for find just the right car at just the right price for us.
