I purchased my vehicle there over four years ago and don't allow anyone other than your technicians to touch my vehicle. The next reason why I continue to go far out of my way (I resident in the City o don't allow anyone other than your technicians to touch my vehicle. The next reason why I continue to go far out of my way (I resident in the City of Winter Garden), and bypass a Napleton Dodge dealership (my vehicle is a Dodge), is because of Mr. Jose Valdes. He is a "people person" who knows how to interact and treat the customers. He is professional, efficient and it is always a pleasure to see and interact with him. I have yet to have a bad encounter with ANY employee at this facility. The other person who is incredible is Mark. You can be sure that he will be there to greet you with a smile and a cup of coffee. With people like this, it's no wonder I continue to come here, so far out of my way, and will continue to do so. More

The service representatives are always friendly and courteous. One thing that can improve is to bring back the rating of green, yellow and red so owners know what services need to be preformed now and courteous. Also the new paperwork system seems to be slowing the process down. More
