Overall, we had a very good experience. I was looking for a used car for my daughter. We were able to locate something in the inventory that matched our needs and got a good price. The dealership itself is very nice, and Joseph did his best to accommodate our requests. The only drawback was the wait time after we had agreed to a deal. It took well over an hour before we were seen by finance, after all other parts of the deal went very quickly. There was also a lot of pressure to add on services, such as a maintenance package, extended warranty, and gap insurance, which I had expressed several times that I was not interested in. In the end, my daughter was happy, and that’s all that matters. I do feel like I got a good deal. More

I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone, I bought a car that my sales rep carlos never thoroughly checked and had to come out of pocket 2000 on top of my down payment for the car less than a week of a car that my sales rep carlos never thoroughly checked and had to come out of pocket 2000 on top of my down payment for the car less than a week of purchase, the speakers weren’t working and there was issues with the steering wheel. They don’t know what they are doing, they are not taking ownership of there wrong doings they will leave you on read when you call them out on there misfortunes. I’m utterly disappointed, dissatisfied, and irritated. If anyone is reading this don’t waste your time and go somewhere else to purchase a car. More

Envision offered a great price for the vehicle given its attributes, and also gave me the appraisal that I was looking for on my trade-in. I had a pretty seamless experience at the dealership; Jose was my salesman and Carlos was my finance guy. They were both friendly and helpful, and went through the normal sales motions without ever getting too pushy. Plus the dealership had a BBQ with burgers/hot dogs and a kitchen stocked with beverages, which was very welcome since we were there for a few hours during lunchtime. I'd recommend this dealership.
