Initial visit was great with Joe F. He spent a lot of time discussing my options. Made an appointment two weeks later to complete the CPO (?) as I was buying out my car from a lease. He arranged for me t time discussing my options. Made an appointment two weeks later to complete the CPO (?) as I was buying out my car from a lease. He arranged for me to come at 9am to drop off my car and get a loaner. I did not receive a confirmation call from the service department for a loaner by end of business on Saturday (2 days before the appointment). I called the service department 7:30 AM on the day of my appointment and they confirmed the loaner, but for 11 AM. That was not the time Joe and I have decided on. The Service representative was helpful and was able to give me 9:15 AM. I was disappointed that it took an hour to pick up the loaner car. Everyone was busy and there seemed to be a lot of confusion with the process of buying out my car from a lease. I liked the text communication system - wonderful option! More

We were greeted immediately when we walked in the showroom. Within a minute Joe joined us. He was professional and courteous throughout. He described the features of several cars in the showroom, He spent a good deal of time with us assessing the features we were looking for in a car. After we test drove three cars we narrowed down our search. Joe then demonstrated the features/packages of several cars on the premise in order to ensure we found the perfect car. When we picked up our brand new car he was patient and knowledgeable as he walked us through the features of the car. We spent time setting up some of the tech features of the car ( 2 - I phone links, preferred radio stations, frequent driving locations, etc.).If there was a question he couldn't answer about a tech feature of the car he found someone who could. Joe followed up a week later to ask how I was enjoying the car, if I had any questions or concerns, or if there was anything else he or Audi Freehold could do. This was an exceptional buying experience. Excellent attention was paid to us on site and there has been good follow up. I highly recommend Joe Fattorusso and Audi Freehold to anyone who is buying an Audi. More

Joe our salesman was great, he made us feel comfortable, he was funny, and satisfied all of our needs. We were not happy with the certified warranty and had to pay extra for two years additional warranty. he was funny, and satisfied all of our needs.
